THE ART OF "SABRAGE" IS A FRENCH TRADITION INHERITED FROM THE COUR DE RUSSIE AND THE CAVALERIE NAPOLEONIENNE.

To perpetuate this tradition, Jean Claude Jalloux, a French restaurateur, created the brotherhood called "du sabre d'or" which is also spreading beyond the Alps.
